Andrew is the Managing Director of TDE. He joined is father in 2011 and has gained experience over the years building up an excellent rapport with all our clients & buyers. Andrew will personally speak & correspond to his clients to ensure that all enquiries / quotes are speedily responded and orders are delivered in the time quoted.
Tina joined the business in January 2023 as a Company Director to work alongside her husband Andrew. She has over 15 year's experience managing another local business and is confident in her abilities to help with the smooth running of TDE

John has over 30 years experience as a CNC Progammer, Operator and Setter. John joined us in February 2024 and is a valuable new memeber of our team.



Ian joined T.D.E in December 2018 as an experienced CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator. Ian also has experience with CadCam software, CNC lathe and surface grinding experience & Universal Grinding.

John Rose


John is originally from a computer engineering and software development background working with large corporate clients.

He is our Quality & CMM Inspector /Manager.
